      Great run, Kim! It was so nice out this morning! Missed running. Thanks for your support. You missed my stupid run yesterday. Hopefully, I won't be paying for it for too long. I'm nervous abt the challenge, but hopeful it will help.

      Glad you enjoyed your run! Looks very good to me. It was hot & humid, but I seem to be acclimating to this crappy weather as I thought it was cool compared to Sunday morning. And abt Thornton, it is hellish... Dan is just insane (in a good way)!

    Started raining about .3 miles into this run. I was cool and air-conditioned the whole way! Felt great. No dog walk this morning though. A wet Kim is one thing, two wet dogs is another. :)

    Hot and muggy! Playing golf and running in the heat will acclimate you eventually. Still - 3 miles in this is enough.
