    finally got through this week's 5K program. pushed myself pretty hard. kept the incline at 4.0. i definitely maintain a better pace outside and go a bit further, so thats good to know.

    elliptical felt pretty good. kept the crossramp at 19 to work all of my lower muscle groups. (is that the right way to say that?) kept resistance at 5. hoping to have it higher before vacation.
