You are doing speed work already? Rose told me she spoke to you at the O.E meeting. It would be great if you could join us for some training runs. Your fitness level and desire would be a perfect fit. We just need to figure out some common times that we can get together. I work wierd hours. Rose's depends on what client and what day.

I work straight midnights during the week and through the week, run after work in the morning. I get back into the area around 8:30am. It is pretty difficult to find someone else that is available at that time of day. My Saturdays are commited to the Fleet Feet training groups untill Taltree. After that Saturdays and Sundays depends on that weeks race schedule.
