      Incredible isn't the word. Course started on a black diamond going straight uphill and ended on one going straight up hill. There was even an obstacle called green mile which was a mile long double black diamond climb w a vertical accent of 1000 ft. It was like looking at a brick wall haha. Didn't even get medals or a beer just a dam shirt hahaha

    A little tune up before the 10k on saturday. Found a good pace around 2.5 and stuck with it. It was finally good to be able to breathe through my nose again!

      Wow. You breathe through your nose. I usually breathe through my mouth as I find it easier. Great warm up run. Looking forward to your 10K event. Good luck !!
