    A full marathon, all of it under pouring rain, with winds, clouds, mist, fog, water falls, water streams, so much of greenness and a run close to mother nature. Cheers

      great going Ganesh! daily 10k! are u transitioning to barefoot? will the 10k streak continue for a month?

      Transition to barefoot, not yet. will take few more years probably. The reason is, I have few goals like Comrades and Ironman. 10 k streak - have not decided on number of days, just want to do as long as I can :-)

      Thank you all ! I am very happy that, I am able to consistently improve my timing on FM races. Hope to get better further, slowly and steadily, because the most important stuff is, I want to enjoy this journey. Cheers :-)

      Yes, Nitin. Enjoyed this one. At times, I feel like, running barefoot is so easy and pace is always better ! But of course, need to build mileage slowly to not injure !

    It was an awesome weekend long run. Had planned to do 30 km but ended up doing 32.2 with great company from Ujval and Ravi. Weather also was great. A good run towards SCMM preparation.

    Had a fantastic run this morning. Did 10 km in 54:29. Did first 5 k in 28, it was kind of tempo. Next 5 k in 24:29, it was kind of 5*800+200 RI. Glad to run a negative split after a while.

    Rode to Ramamurthy nagar to meet two of my friends. took them for a run and walk. They did their first longest run/walk of 6 km. It was a good chit chat as well.
