    Ran at dark, was cool, but was really tired & having a hard time of it.

      Keep it up! I wouldn't worry so much about following the plan as making sure you are getting out and trying. Make it a habit first.

    Took Sophia along with me in the jogging stroller. Ankles really hurt this time, hopefully I can do the last day tomorrow before parties & such
