    Another old workout - getting them on DM as my Garmin is cooperating in syncing. As I remember, this was a tempo run - maintain the same speed and keep HR in control. Did pretty well I think.

    Today's HR Chart from Garmin. I like the steady climb. Would like to hold it below 180 for some more time. Still - better HR response than any other year at this point in the training cycle.

    0.2Mile warmup, 3.5Mile at 10MM, 0.3Mile cooldown. Pretty good run. Max HR 185, Avg HR 161. Felt very good to get a nonstop 3.5mile done.
