Back on the wagon! I hope. First exercise in a month. Definitely have some work to do, but had a fine time enjoying the sudden warmth and perfect winter sunshine.

I had tendonitis in both my knees back in 2005, a lot of two leg and single leg squats, leg extensions, leg curls, and balance exercises.
