    Really more of a run and walk as I explored Piedmont Park. Nice but weird place. Lots of history, good placards, and a Japanese tea house. Wonder if they ever do tea ceremonies.

      I have not. Don't really know what kind of exercises I should be doing, but maybe I should look it up.

      I had tendonitis in both my knees back in 2005, a lot of two leg and single leg squats, leg extensions, leg curls, and balance exercises.
