great run! i discovered after 4 miles a little trick called walk/run! i ran 5 min then walked 1 min...it actually was perfect for my knee...it's not exactly how i want to do my high mileage but for now (because of my injury) i'm just glad i can do that:)


Good job! I do almost all my high mileage that way!

Great long run and wise strategy Kerri! I do 10 and 1's on my long runs, took a while to get used to it, but certainly helps with the stamina!
