Felt stiff at first, but then loosened up and felt pretty good. The weather was great!!! :) Hopefully it will be like this marathon day, it isn't looking pretty though... :)

I keep checking the weather hoping that the temps will go down for Sunday! Hopefully it will stay cool earlier so you don't have to battle the heat....but even if it is hot, I know you've got a great race (and BQ!) in you!

6 x 1 mile @ 10-15 seconds faster than MP- I hit these no problem, even faster on a few with 400 meter RIB and 1 mile W/U.

Awesome job Katie!! Which Hanson's training program are you doing? I'm doing one, but combined it with another program, but the one I'm following has 12 mile MP runs right up until the week before which I think is a little much...

GREAT GREAT job!! So proud of you! That was a merciless course, especially that last half. The sun was just beating down and it was a "real feel" of close to 80! You did amazing considering the awful heat. Next October, that BQ is YOURS!!
