Nice pick on Route 66, Krystal. For what it's worth, one of my running magazines voted the marathon medal best in North America in 2011---I'm sure the HM medal was cool, too!

Wow, a doc who's heard of the TMTS (Too Much Too Soon) condition! Most seem to feel compelled to find some pathology which just happens to require a large purchase of some kind! Good on your for catching this early! And Enjoy Sunday!

Stay safe. I usually cant start a run unless my blood sugar is over 120 - my favorite go-to pre run snack to get mine up is marshmallows (No nutritional value, but for sugar only)

Thanks all! My sister is very well accustomed to noticing and assisting me in treating hypos. After living with it for 15 years I am usually more careful though sometimes I get tired and don't do as I should. I do always wear a medic alert and have oral glucose with me.
