good Nordic trails 15 mi

Ran one 9-mile loop very strongly, focusing on running ALL the hills (which I never do on trails). It went very well (finished the loop in 1:34), but it kicked my ass. I only walked two hills in the 7th mile, rather than the more than a dozen I usually walk. Not to mention coming off the 5K right beforehand. The last six miles were pretty rough, walked a lot, but ended up hitting the needed 18 miles for the day. I'm pretty proud to have had 12 kickass miles in there today.
