Started the evening super pissed and disappointed in myself for literally WATCHING myself blow off my run. My motivation is gone this week. Heart isn't in it. But all of a sudden I STFU, got out the door, and pounded out a quick 3 miler. Not the run OR the distance I intended to do, but I'm just gonna be happy for going. Onto better running this weekend!

    No taper, really, since the 50k is kind of folded into my marathon training.

    Well, the 50K is sort of stuck in here for fun (running with Rochelle), and so we're working it into training. If this were my "A" race, or whatever (which Lakefront Marathon is), I'd have tapered.
