*cartwheels* This was the best run I've had in a LONG time. Beautiful night, beautiful (and hilly!) route. Kept the pace comfortable and focused on keeping good posture and a quicker cadence. I felt SO GOOD. Sigh. Why can't all running be like this? No aches or pains at all. Yay!!

Observations: 1. I drink a LOT of water. Not news, but man, I went through a lot of water on this run. 2. Though I'm learning some important and painful lessons, I'm loving working on running more efficiently. My body is feeling so much happier right now. The quicker cadence is key, I'm realizing. 3. I ran an unplanned yet perfectly paced 2:10:15 half marathon in there, which will come in quite handy in a few weeks when Rochelle and I pace the 2:10 group for the Brewers Mini.
