Improvement! Not 100 percent, but legs felt better than last night. The fatigue was more in ME than in my shins and calves. The heat and wind were crappy. Did some plyometrics beforehand, which helped warm up my legs. Started feeling better by the end of the run. I'm not back to good, but I'm happy to feel even the slightest bit better.
