Cut this short. Wasn't feeling it. My calves just had too much this week. It's sort of a catch-22. Run normal, wreck my shins. Focus on form, stress my calves. Ahhhhh. So I just stopped running for the day. It was muggy and I was out on a foreign country road with no iPod as a distraction from my running grumpies (runpies?). Hitting some trails tomorrow for my long run, so that'll be a nice break from this form business.
