Glad I finally got out this week, but it felt terrible. Four unneeded days off plus yesterday spent binging on candy and eating crap taught me a lesson: don't do it anymore. I can't believe the effect it can have after a month of solid training and good eating. Yuck. On top of that my lunch wasn't quite digested either. The first mile felt AWFUL. I warmed up better the second, then tried for some 1500m intervals. Got one done before I realized it just wasn't gonna happen today. I'm hoping for a MUCH better run tomorrow, and to continue taking care of myself. Lesson learned!
