good Whoa hard tempo + sprints 7.3 mi

Combined yesterday's run with today due to travel and time constraints and yesterday's lazies. Started with a 3-mile easy warmup, then 3 miles tempo (finished in 24:35). Wanted to go sub-8 for all the miles, but tanked on mile 2. It was hot today! Finished with last mile fastest, though, so yay. Before the cool down back toward home, I did six 20-second sprints, which also kicked my ass. This whole workout kicked my ass. Ass = kicked. Love the quality workouts this week, though.

    Too bad we missed each other out there, today. I could've used you as a rabbit for my (slower than this) tempo miles. Nice job!
