In protest of the treadmill I decided to break tonight's "easy" 6-miler into little out-and-backs outside to keep myself close to home and water so I didn't have to go to the gym. It was HOT, but not as bad as I expected it to feel. Did a mile out and back, then ran out to a park to see my sister play ultimate frisbee for a bit, then did another out and back to wrap it all up. Warmed up with a crazy jumping/skipping circuit that Caleb M. has us trying this week, and am about to cool down with the Odin circuit from last week. Both circuits are INFINITELY harder than any of the running. Ass = kicked.
