Second week of speed work -- on the treadmill this time to avoid death by heat index outside. Went surprisingly well considering I hate the treadmill. And speed.
15-minute warm-up: 1.44 miles
20 minutes at 7:47 pace: 2.56 miles
3-mile cool-down: 27 min, 35 sec
I thought 20 minutes at that pace would kick my ass, but I lived happily ever after. This week kind of got away from me and I'm a bit late in the week on this workout, but I really wanted to try it out, so I'm glad I stuck it in tonight. Another successful #TeamWickedBonkproof week is almost done!


Nice. I missed my run today and feel sad about that. Tomorrow is a new day, right sister?
