Shakeout Part 2 (solidarity) 4 mi 00:43 10:37 pace

This morning's wet, cold slush turned into frozen, windy, icy, difficult-to-maneuver terrain. Not sure which I prefer -- that was hard! Shakeout runs are done for the day. Wasn't too much looking forward to heading out in the shitty weather again, but got a text from one of my best friend's this afternoon when she went into labor. I figured if SHE can birth an actual human being, I can run a few miles in the cold. Had to put on my big girl pants. I dedicate this run to her new child. ;-)
