    I paced a friend in different parts of the Carlsbad half marathon in what I think was one of my best running outfits!! I got lots of high fives, and GO PATS cheering through all 8 miles!

    Ran to the gym, did some rowing for 15 mins, 200 crunches, and a 24.33 seconds plank for #plankaday WOOHOOO!!

    I've lived in California my whole life and never hiked up the sign! Great trail and even better because my boyfriend proposed to me!! Great hike, and a great day!!

    I've been having my boyfriend walk the trails with me before I run them! I love this part of the Fullerton Loop! It was a but flatter and lot more people around!

    I am loving trail running more and more every time I get on those great paths of dirt!! It was a great little run and I can't wait to do it again!
