    Best TM run ever....which sounds like an oxymoron. It was a really good run though! Longest run on a TM, and fastest 10-miler to date.

    It was tough heading straight into the wind, and it shows in those particular splits. But a FAR easier run than yesterday's run!

      Poo, that was a slow easy pace....but it didn't feel easy today. I had hopes and dreams of running today's run at about a 9:10 pace. There's always next week. Tomorrow, I will go easy and hopefully it will feel easy. :-)
