      That's great! I LOVED to swim in high school and really want to get back into it. I think I am going to ease into it as some cross training up until my half, and then after that get more into it. I ordered a swim cap, goggles and ear plugs a couple of months ago after we joined TWC, so I have no excuses ;)

      Great job Kristi! My hubby has been battling sore throat for over a week. He read somewhere to gargle cayanne pepper and salt water. I have been laughing my head off watching him but it's donig the trick!
