    Ran/Walked up to running .75 miles at a time - feeling better - feeling like those legs might come back after all this time.

    Pretty good little warm up run before working out with trainer this morning. 2 minutes of walking to warm up at 3.5 & .5% incline. 18 minutes of running at 5.0 to loosen up.
