lose 5 Lbs (was 46 but i'm 34 lbs down now, do a 5k in under 30 min. Sub 9 min mile. do a 10 k, a half, and a marathon someday. no longer a smoker yay!!

      Quality time! I miss my mom, she went back to teaching and now I never see/talk to her. We used to walk together daily and talk on the phone numerous times throughout the day. Enjoy it while you can!
