Hard. But good. Any sugar free/natural replacement for gels on long runs?? I can't keep my fruit snack routine going if I want to limit my sugar an processes foods :/

J1 has placed apples out on the EoP course for snacking on long runs. Larabars are good. Honey Stinger products are gluten free (honey is the main sweetener).
