    Cold wind but I warmed up quickly. Cloudy, 6C/43F. Lots of birds singing and quite a few flowers along the way. Spring is approaching.

    Rainy and grey afternoon run/walk. 5C/40F. After a rather long break from running it felt good to finally get out there. Running was a bit tougher than I remembered it to be though.

    I was curious to see if I could do 5k in less than half an hour. I usually struggle quite hard to beat 30minutes. - Ran hard, no walkbreaks - 28:59. Felt good.

    Evening run with head torch. -1C/30F, no wind, pleasant. Ice and snow on roads. Spotted only one (1) deer.

    Legs worked just fine.
    Felt good.

    An out and back run where I seemed to have a headwind both ways. Either the wind switxhed or maybe I was just a bit too tired right from the start. Enjoyed spending some time outdoors though.

      Running in the dark is a good way to both focus and clear your head of "the real world". Glad that the run made you feel better.
