      You followed your gut, smart move. I too was suppose to race Black Bear. But my gut told me not to do it for a number of personal reasons, and then I actually felt like crap Sunday (not sure why), and knew my body would not be up for it. I hate to say this, but I'm glad you reported this. I think if I got there, I may have pulled the trigger too. There are too many other tri's. I love Black Bear, but not this year... You made the right decision. Tough yes, but right!!!
