      caleb: i have to say even doing this on a TM was fun! by far my fav workout on the training plan you gave me thus far.....and even though i still have 4-5 more weeks left i have to say, i am surprised at how well i am able to stick to it. when i first saw it, i was so very intimidated but taking it one workout at a time i have been able to handle it fairly well. so glad to have your guidance!
