1 mile warmup, 4x800 @ 5k pace (apx)(3:30, 3:30, 3:30, 3:40) w/ jogs in between, 1 mile cooldown. Note: to keep things simple I ran "easy" between 800's to get to next lap, which was longer than plan suggested (3 min).
