I'm back. Had a really bad headache and riding in the burning hot sun didn't help. Feels like my head is going to explode. But I am glad I went for a ride.

Rode to the bike shop to get a new handlebar stem put on so that I am sitting up straighter to take the strain off my back, ride back was in the rain. Awesome!
