    My first HM in nearly two years. Cool weather and nice course to run. Learnt few lessons of hydration and pre-race meal etc., Met few runner friends from Chennai.Overall a good experience.

    maybe should do more warm ups and take initial splits easy. points to ponder!

    Slow run from MGM resorts and back. Cool weather and intermittent rain ensured no need for hydration during the run.

    Missed the morning 11 k run. Tried making it up with an evening run on TM. Just couldn't get to run this long distance on TM. My respect for people who run long on TM grew !

    Plan was to maintain sub 6 Pace for first 2 K and then push and see how long it can last. Last 2 K was a slog. Anyways, first time running at this pace for this distance. Feels good.
