    From Dominos @ Mogapair to Toll Gate and back. Ran with Rahul who was doing his first 15 K. Nice and comfortable run.

    nice group run up the Padi flyover 180 ascent and jog on the decent. 4 sets went well. mid way on the 5th set, went out of steam. kaput. good challenging workout.

    Paced a friend who was doing his first HM. Overall a nice event. Poor 10 K runners, many of the leading pack missed the turnaround marker and were running with HM runners!
