      Repeat the same workout after 4 weeks. Continue doing other interval training/tempo runs.

      That's the best way to measure improvement in performance!

      another question is do you do a warmup before and then a stretch? and how does your 400m break look like, is it a slow walk or a jog. all these things make a difference too. you are almost there. in 4 weeks, you will reach your sub 4 and beyond.
