    went out for a nice easy run. ran 4 x 5:00 min with a min break in between. added some hills into it and avoided going down hill. felt pretty good in the cool weather.

      sometimes all you have to do is start the workout. I felt exactly the same way today. Didn't think I was going to be able to get through it.
