      it was fun! we had a choice btw that, long slow distance and drills. Hope to see you in the pool soon, but of course, I'll miss next week and you'll prob be there :-)

    sucky run; wasn't hydrated enough and it was humid as hell! Managed to run/walk my way through it.

    did some hill repeats in the 'hood. I need to get out there 3+ times a week and do some climbing to get ready for Columbia Tri in <4 weeks. I am S-L-O-W!

    did IG distance in the pool. felt sluggish after 4th day in a row of working out and a spin class before the swim. hit the hot tub for 10 min of stretching after - best part of swimming at Supreme!
