      nice! does the gel insert help? I might have to do that with my shoes.

      Yeah, it really helped make them feel more like they did a few months before. I know you should replace worn out shoes, but I feel like they have some more life in them. I say try it. If it doesn't work, put the inserts in your everyday shoes.

      If you don't like your shoes get rid of them it isn't worth the pain and suffering.

      They are some off brand shoes I bought on clearance that felt comfy but aren't going to work for running. I'm going to use my old ones until I have time to go out and get new ones.
