good Kong Once/Red Mt Repeats 10 mi 01:00 10.0mph pace

I actually didn't feel all that bad coming up Kong and felt good on the repeats even though I could still feel the fatigue in my legs from the weekend. I am getting stronger on the bike and it feels good. Lisa rocked after the initial words of not being able to see the bottom of Kong!!
