-Arm circles and jog back
-Quad stretches and jog back
-Inchworms into pushups
10 lunges holding 10 lb kettlebell in each hand
Walk with the kettlebells ~20 yards
Jog back with the kettlebells
15 box jumps and 15 air squats (could do in any combination)
Pushups (straight legs!)
Run to Denise's car
