Lava Rock rocks! It has similar elements to Core Fusion Sport and Core Fusion Cardio, but is much more manageable. The weights are heavier (3 and 5 lbs) but there aren't as many reps. The ab section is not all c-curve, so it works your abs more than stretching out your back if you have a tight back. The 10:30 a.m. class only had 4 attendees today so it was nice to have a lot of space.
