Tried barre class near my parents' house. The owners are super nice and the other clients are friendly (welcome change from Exhale and Bar Method). The class wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I'm trying Lava Rock (probably like Core Fusion Cardio) tomorrow. On a scale of difficulty where Btone Tone n Barre is like every muscle in your body giving birth (10) and and jogging lightly is at the other end of the spectrum (1), Lava Flow is about a 5.
