      Ooo, where are you? I stayed at the Monaco in DC once. Do they have a fun animal print bathrobe in the closet for you to walk around in? Great workout today.

    good O2 Prenatal Yoga 01:10

    Took Devon's 5:45 p.m. class. First time at O2 Cambridge--much more spacious than Back Bay Yoga (though the room itself was tiny). Back felt much better and I slept better too.

    Went with Jess M. to Meg's 5:45 p.m. class. Felt so awful the entire time from back pain and heartburn. My legs just couldn't get anywhere near the recommended ranges for RPMs and watts.

      Baby is doing well! My back hurts sometimes so I might have to stop doing jumps. I also started wearing my heart rate monitor and kept it below 160 (mostly around 140) for this class.

      Glad to hear it! I think I had to stop with the jumps once my belly got in the way. :0) It's crazy how being pregnant affects your heart rate, huh?

    Took Meg's 6:00 p.m. class. Appreciated the pregnancy modification of the ab mat for when we had to lie on our backs, and the other types of modifications she offers!

    Took Laura's 6:45 a.m. class. Did ok with most exercises except for the core ones. Had such a tough time with those (planks, mountain climbers, TRX crunches, and side jackknives).

    Finally starting a morning yoga habit. Did a Jennifer Lux class from yogadownload.com. Will build up from 20 minutes once I get used to working out at home (which I typically don't do).

      Sending good luck vibes for working out at home! It was tough for me initially but I got used to it after a while. I used to do a lot at home workouts when I was first having issues with my hips!
