good This is a Test Run 10 mi 02:02 12:10 pace

Wanted to see what my legs could do going long - have a big decision to make and needed to know where I was at. Ran intervals most of the way at 9 min run/ 1 min walk. Avg HR = 141. Pretty pleased with what I got out of this. Tunes = Pandora: Bach.

Nice long run, Kevin! Is @Scott C. trying to talk you into a marathon, too? :)

Well, he's trying to talk me into a half or full in Denver. I'm about 99% going and 90% on a full. How about you?

@Kevin P.: I don't think I have anywhere near the fitness, base mileage, or conditioning to do a Half (let alone a full) marathon. @Scott C. has kindly invited me to go, but it's not going to happen this year. Hopefully next year, though. :)

OMG. If you can do 50 miles on a bike now, a HM in Sept will be a cakewalk. I think anyone with anything close to a routine exercise program can do a half marathon in four months. You'll need a better excuse for me. I'm considering a full marathon - I know I can do it, its only a question of will I put in the miles/effort to train.
