    great Cleveland 10K 6.2 mi 01:06 10:37 pace

Finally ran with my neighbor, she has been running for a few years. It was a very rewarding run because she uses to run a 12:00 pace and take walk breaks, so she never felt I would enjoy running wi... read more

Keep the back straight and make sure to push off. Besides, a toned butt is a good thing. Enough said.

I have been doing the exact same thing for a few month now. When I do it right my stride feels so much more powerful. Now I have added focusing on using my big toe and pushing off. Sounds silly but it makes a big difference. Good stuff Kimberly!!

9:07, 8:52, 8:56, 9:12, 9:02, 9:13. There is just not flatness in my hood, but I guess I should be thankful because if you get me on the flats I will be a rocket!

80 degrees, humid. I am dipping my toe in the water and not just jumping in. I ran 4 on the nice cool treadmill and then did a 1 outside, plus added 5 nice big hill repeats.

Not that is was easy but I just tried to push myself because of my lack of miles this week. I did pretty good with an average pace of 9:01.

I would say you did very good!! Was thinking about you either late yesterday or early this morning. Can't remember--it all runs together. Wish we could have spent more time together in Boston. Excited to marathon train along with you this Fall even if we are a 1000 or so miles apart.
