    Wish I could do more, but that is all the time management gods could give me. Did yoga and I just needed to do the mile to keep the streak going.

    Nothing is broken after yesterday's workout ;-) just one mile to keep the streak going. Did some cross training. 30 min on Arc Trainer and 20 min on bike.
