Well... I hope I'm doing better... my mileage is way down... I added food poisoning to my list of May miseries a week or so ago and still feel wonky from it. :-/ Baby steps, but jumping ship and starting fresh today!!!! Nice 6! Keep up the recovery!

I love running over these wooden structures. About a mile up the road there is a really long one over the marsh (1/4 mile or a little more) and running on the wood just feels soft, springy, and fast.
