  11. Found a free one-week membership to a gym in East Lansing. No excuses to not exercise while in Michigan apparently ;)

      There was a week-trial at Court One and a 7-day pass for Anytime Fitness. I have the Court One pass up and running. Going to spinning tonight with my friend Laura.

    I did a "cross country" course on the elliptical which is always nice. Keeps me from getting bored.

    a lot of the run back is a hill, which I have a hard time with, but it was very invigorating and a nice little break from the computer!

    My class instructor was sick so we got a very lackluster and shoddy substitute. Two people actually left in the middle of class. It was a tedious 45 minutes. I didn't work nearly hard enough.

      Oh, I didn't know you were getting orientation. I think orientation should be more than enough for you.
