    A butt kicker. Have been forgetting to post these. Still at it three times a week. Starting a bootcamp again tomorrow. Cannot wait!

    No clue on time. Had to change up route to avoid another dog bite. Not running past that house ever again.. Damn thing about it was that very short road was a very nice hill.

    I figured after this week of getting bit by a dog on my last run and other happenings through the week. The park would be my safest bet, not feeling lucky. But I ran my hardest to improve my mood.

    My Garmin was dead.... Sweat gets in my earphone jack of my phone and screws up my phone. Nap had to run naked. But it felt good! Time to try my new protein powder.
