      it was funny...tony was the only guy running hills in the morning to warm up, so he was easy to recognize...i remember andrew making the comment - "heck we got all day to warm up!" :)

      not too sure paul...leaving thursday...and i have this toe nail that is trying to heal and get healthy - it has been a little bugger! let's run for sure when i get back...i would love to continue some sort of weekly group run during the fall - that's my favorite season!
