    Long. Rainy. Felt better then the 12 mi run though.

    I have now completed one of my goals! (half marathon) next is 13.1 in competition, and 26.2 in distance and competition.

    Great! Pouring rain, hawks, chipmunks, squirrels, turtles, various pretty birds, and no one else on the trail. IT was like a scene from a Disney movie. (I shouldn't miss breakfast anymore..)
