    Lower body weight training done. Still need to adjust weight/reps but it felt great!

    Did some super hard ab moves on the bench. Managed 24 reps for my abs and 10 reps for the obliques. Looking forward to working up to more reps.

    Worked out with my best friend this morning. I'm really feeling a difference on Level 2. My legs were sore as soon as I started going. I'm super proud of myself!!

    Moved up to Level 2 and I felt it right away. My heart rate was 155-160. I don't know if that is good or bad. LOL I'm just glad I went to the gym.

    Watching Bad Girls Club while doing cardio always makes the time go by fast. I think I'm ready to move to Level 2 because while I made my goal of burning 400 calories, I barely broke a sweat.

    Worked out very late tonight but I was determined to do it. Put the Elliptical on Level 2 for the first time. Happy with the workout. I'll probably be up all night now. :)

    After my 30 minutes on the Elliptical, I went for the weights. Took about 30 minutes and did upper body exercises. Came home and did 50 crunches. I expect to be sore tomorrow but it's all good... read more

    Surprised to find that the gym wasn't crowded at 6:30 pm. Thank goodness! Tried to keep my speed between 3.8-4.0. Burned 300 calories and it felt great!
