What a great day for a bike ride, I didn't push it because I wanted to make sure nothing hurt. Amazingly other than tired legs nothing hurt. :)

I guess it's running, I have a sore hamstring/groin so I aqua jogged. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I have a marathon in 3 weeks so it should be an interesting doctor visit.

Good run, it was supposed to be zone 2 with surges to zone 3, the route was kind of hilly. I noticed I was running late and would be late to church so I thought I'd take a shortcut through the... read more

Great Performance:
Good run Cindy this is a hard workout. We've all been there - great effort to stick with it after you found the problem - it's a great temptation to get feedup and stop!!

Warm up 30x25, I used my lap setting to keep track so I could let my mind wander a bit, then I ended up counting strokes, still it kept me from guessing.

Nice Job:
Good swim Cindy. I always find remembering which lap I'm on is a problem. As a new swimmer I just do sets of 4 laps :)

Second part of brick. it was supposed to be at 10K pace. My legs felt surprisingly good. I probably should have left the dog at home, she was in the hunter mode this morning.

First half of a brick, legs were pretty tired for the first 15 minutes or so then they felt fine, I did stop at the boat launch to enjoy the quiet, foggy, and peaceful Maine morning

Nice Cindy, it was very Maine like out this morning. I do wish I could have found my blinky light for the bike though.

Yeah, it's time to find the lights, reflectors, etc. But I intend to enjoy the warm weather as long as I can. I was on a pretty deserted route today so wasn't too worried about visibility.
