    What a great day for a bike ride, I didn't push it because I wanted to make sure nothing hurt. Amazingly other than tired legs nothing hurt. :)

    I guess it's running, I have a sore hamstring/groin so I aqua jogged. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I have a marathon in 3 weeks so it should be an interesting doctor visit.

    Warm up 30x25, I used my lap setting to keep track so I could let my mind wander a bit, then I ended up counting strokes, still it kept me from guessing.

      Good swim Cindy. I always find remembering which lap I'm on is a problem. As a new swimmer I just do sets of 4 laps :)

      Yeah, it's time to find the lights, reflectors, etc. But I intend to enjoy the warm weather as long as I can. I was on a pretty deserted route today so wasn't too worried about visibility.
