    Super easy. Trying to get my legs and feet used to more running by adding recovery runs. This is my third so far and they aren't as bad as I anticipated.

    The run continues to feel hard, but I think I'm slowly getting back into running shape. Going to have to slow down if I want to go much farther though.

    I'll never do a double Ironman. After about 3200, my shoulder starts to complain. Did a 1600 straight through at the beginning and felt pretty good!

    Invented a new route. It sucked. I'll try it backwards next time so I don't get stuck at the end of a bridge with no more path. #runFAIL
