      Kelly, try to change your shoes i suggest the Saucony C2 Glyde or a Adidas Supernova Sequence and my favorite Asics Gel Cumulus. Good Luck

      ok running thru pain is not good. pain is a warning sign that something ain't right. are you going to switch up your old shoes? have you looked at generic inserts for your arch?
